| 400 g | Farina debole |
| 300 g | Burro |
| 300 g | Ricotta |
| 300 g | Uova |
Modalità d’impiego
Impastare tutti gli ingredienti sino ad ottenere un impasto omogeneo.
Stendere all’altezza di 5 mm, stampare e porre su carta da forno.
Cottura: 190°C per 15 min. circa. Rotor 170°.
